Our own brand of pasta, which resembles olive tree leaves in five colors, is made according to an ancient recipe using purely natural ingredients such as durum wheat semolina and water. The handmade pasta is dried at low temperatures until it reaches a golden amber hue. Thanks to the rough surface, the pasta absorbs a particularly large amount of sauce. That is how Southern Italians love their pasta!
