The pasta from our own brand is made according to an ancient recipe using purely natural ingredients such as durum wheat semolina and water. The handmade pasta is dried at low temperatures until it reaches an amber-yellow hue. Thanks to the rough surface, the pasta absorbs plenty of sauce. This is how Southern Italians love their pasta!

Cooking time: 18 minutes (indicated on the packaging)
