Extra Virgin Olive Oil from sustainable production. This filtered olive oil is fruity and intense in flavor, making it suitable for both cold and warm dishes. Aroma: On the nose, it opens elegantly and very delicately with fine notes of fresh herbs and citrus fruits. The taste is harmonious; on the palate, one can detect bitter and pungent notes. The finish is slightly sweet and peppery. Serving suggestions: Excellent for any cuisine, perfect for all types of salad compositions, pasta dishes, soups, fish, and meat dishes.

General: We place great value on tradition. Our oldest olive trees are over 300 years old and have been traditionally cultivated and cared for for generations. Since 01/01/2011, sole e gusto has been producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil from sustainable own cultivation. Our olive trees are grown sustainably. We use the liquid obtained during cold pressing and separated from the oil by the centrifuge as a natural fertilizer. Therefore, we return the natural substances taken from the olive tree back to the soil. To promote soil diversity, we plant clover, barley, malt, and mustard in our groves. By using a balanced combination of traditional granite mill techniques and modern steel precision mills, we extract the essence of the natural aromas from the olives.
