Tasting note: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate and fine aromas of lemon, white peach, rose, anise, and sage. Balanced taste, aromatic and fresh, with a pleasant mineral finish.

Cultivation method: Vines, cordon trained; 4000 plants per hectare.

Production technique: Manual harvesting of the grapes in crates. Gentle pressing; fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14°C for 20 days.
