Our private label pasta is made according to an ancient recipe with purely natural ingredients such as durum wheat semolina and water. The handmade pasta is dried at low temperatures until it reaches an amber-yellow hue. Thanks to its rough surface, the pasta absorbs plenty of sauce. That's how Southern Italians love their pasta!
