Crispy, tender & 100% Demeter! The Oat Muesli Crispy Tender from Bauckhof combines finely roasted spelt flakes with selected ingredients for a natural and wholesome breakfast experience – completely without added sugar (ingredients naturally contain sugar).

The base consists of high-quality Demeter oats, prized for their mild, nutty flavor. The muesli is rounded off by a delicate crunchy mixture, refined with oats, sunflower seeds, and a hint of coconut oil. Ideal with milk, plant-based drinks, or yogurt – or simply eaten as a crunchy snack.

Recipe suggestion:

Luxury Granola for 6 servings Ingredients: 300 g Oat Muesli Basic, 175 g honey or agave syrup, 25 g butter or margarine optional: 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of vanilla Preparation: Warm the butter and honey in a pot (do not boil!). Add the muesli and optional spices and mix. Spread on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection) for about 15 minutes, until the desired browning is achieved. For evenly baked granola, it is important to toss the mixture every 5 minutes. Note: The granola only becomes firm and crispy once it has cooled completely.
