Taste & Usage
The SABINA Metodo Classico Extra Brut Blanc de Noir from Cantina Cà dei Conti is an elegant sparkling wine produced according to the traditional Metodo Classico (bottle fermentation) method. Vinified white from carefully selected red grapes, it combines the finesse of a Blanc de Noir with a fine perlage and extraordinary elegance.
In the glass, the SABINA presents itself in a light straw yellow with a persistent, fine perlage. The bouquet delights with aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and white flowers, accompanied by subtle notes of brioche and roasted almonds, which develop through aging on the lees. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and precise with lively acidity, fine minerality, and a long, elegant finish.
As an Extra Brut, this sparkling wine impresses with its clear, purist style and is excellent as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to oysters, seafood, sushi, fish dishes, or fine antipasti.
