The wood comes from olive trees aged over ten years. It is exceptionally hard and dense, which gives the board a long service life; the distinctive grain makes every piece unique.

Care

Clean by hand with warm water and let dry thoroughly – do not put in the dishwasher. Rub with a little olive oil occasionally to keep the wood in good condition.
