The secret lies in the complex processing of different doughs and natural sourdough fermentation. The result is a wonderfully light and soft structure that practically melts in your mouth.

High-quality butter, fresh eggs, milk, honey, and natural vanilla from Madagascar give this Pandoro its characteristically fine and elegant flavor. Unlike Panettone, the classic Pandoro contains no raisins or candied fruit, allowing the aromatic, buttery dough to take center stage.

Before serving, dust the Pandoro as desired with the included icing sugar (bustina zucchero a velo). This gives it its typical winter appearance and an extra touch of sweetness.
